Refund policy
Damaged/faulty items
Please contact us as soon as the goods arrive if they have been damaged in transit or if an item is not as you ordered.
If a fault is found on unpacking your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We will pay for the cost of return and either give a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
Your refund will of course include the original standard delivery charge.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Returns for online purchases are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days after you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.
If you wish to cancel your order, please tell us by email as soon as you can, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You must pay for the return postage of any unwanted item you return to us. Raffy & Bee recommend you obtain proof of postage for your return.
After we have received the goods, Raffy & Bee will refund you the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid to get the goods sent to you in the first place. This refund will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or after seeing evidence that they were returned to us.
