The type of personal information we collect and process

When you place an order with us, we will obtain and hold personal information, including your name, billing address and any separate delivery address, and email address. We may record details of your IP address and will retain details of any orders you place with us or emails you send to us. We will also pass details of any payment information to our payment processing partners (Paypal & Stripe), but we do not retain this information in full.

How we collect your personal information and why we have it

We get personal information through the following means –

When you complete your purchase through the check out process you complete sections for your name and address so we can deliver the item to the correct address.

When you create an account with us you complete sections for your name,address, telephone, and email addess so that you access your details and order details.  Order details are also emailed to you using the email address you provide us with.

We may also collect information when you contact us with an enquiry, question, feedback etc.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • In order for us to fulfil our contract with you for the provision of the products you have ordered and for the delivery of these items.
  • In order for us to notify you of updates to your order such as delivery times, and will also allow to contact you regarding any queries we may have with the details of your order.
  • In order for us to be able to respond to you, and process any refunds or complaints.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored by using suitable electronic procedures on the website host server to ensure that your information is safeguarded and secure.

When we collect or process your personal data, we will only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected for.  At the end of that period, we will delete your data completely from our storage areas.

Sharing your data

In order for us to provide our goods and services to you, we may share your personal data with these bodies –

  • Our payment merchants (Paypal & Stripe) for payment processing requirements when paying for your products. We do not save and cannot see any payment card data.
  • Other organisations who provide a service to us.
